What are the delivery times for your products in United Kingdom?

Processing your order takes 1 to 2 days

and then 5 to 10 days for delivery.

At present, we only deliver within United Kingdom.

Yes, please wait 1–2 days after placing your order and we will send you the tracking number by email to support@bliss-smiles.store

Some items are missing from my order. What is going on?

Our products are shipped separately based on your order. For example, if your order contains items from two different warehouses, there will be two deliveries. The rest of the order should arrive shortly.

I received a damaged item. What should I do?

We apologize for this. Simply send us a picture of the damaged item to support@bliss-smiles.store and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.

I still haven't received my order. Why is it taking so long?

We apologize for the delay. Shipments sometimes take longer than expected due to customs formalities. However, you can track your order and find out where it is at any time. Do you have a refund policy?

We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may encounter with their online purchases. If you still wish to receive a refund for your order, we can of course process the payment, provided that the request is made within 14 days of the order date and that the product(s) in question are not on sale.
